Room was very clean. Asked for a cot to be brought to our room. Ended up having to call the front desk because they forgot to bring it. Called from our room and said that they would bring it. Turns out that they were out of cots! However, they brought me a bunch of blankets and pillows and I ended up sleeping on the floor. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here in the future.

I stayed 2 nites for a weekend - Friday & Saturday. After I checked in they thought they had double booked the room, but it turned out they didn't. They were very apologetic and very friendly. Even though they didn't really make a mistake, I didn't look down on the confusion & hassle due to how they handled it - some places wouldn't even admit a mistake was made on their part. I had a king bed and a jacuzzi tub, and i thought the decor was beautiful. I would have preferred to be able to run the ventilating fan without having the main light on, but otherwise the bathroom was very nice. The bed was a bit hard, but I still slept great. My husband met me there Saturday night, and he had rode his motorcycle. When we went to leave Sunday morning the battery was dead. We had a meeting to get to and had to check out prior to leaving, but they still allowed him to plug a battery charger in to one of their outdoor outlets which I thought was outstanding service. He wouldn't have been able to drive it home otherwise. Overall it was a nice stay at an affordable price for the room we had.

Stayed here as a stop-over on our way to Minneapolis. Desk staff very nice. The room was clean; it could use some remodeling, but overall was fine. We were in the non-smoking section, but the hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We got a good deal since it was a weeknight in November.

We stayed at the Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites, 610 Frontage Road South, Wisconsin Dells, WI, for 3 nights. The price was very, very reasonable with our AARP discount, service was great, bed was comfortable, quiet and clean inside and out, nice soft towels, hot water quickly, hair dryer, 4-cup coffee maker in room, refrigerator in room, TV, and close to loads of attractions. We walked to Denny's restaurant right next door for a few meals. Wisconsin Dells downtown is right across the bridge within 1 mile. Wal-Mart is only 2.6 miles away where we bought a $9 12-cup coffee pot (we like more coffee than the 4-cup coffee-maker in the room supplied). Ho-Chunk Casino is only 8 miles away. We drove for almost an hour to House On The Rock one day down Hwy 23, which is a beautiful scenic drive, especially in October.
