  Stayed here with our family for a Wisconsin Dells water park vacation. Rate were reasonable. Rooms need updated. The property felt somewhat unclean. Staff was very helpful. We had a problem with the bathtub not draining. That was fixed while we were out for the day. Our keycards wouldn't work for the doors. Nearly every time we tried to get in to our room our key wouldn't work and we had to go to the front desk and have them reprogrammed. We went through at least 12 keys. Staff was always apologetic and helpful when we were getting our keys fixed. It was inconvenient.

  The staff at the Ramada are super nice. They know just about everything about the Dells and made it really easy for us to have fun AND save money with our family. When we checked in we were greeted and given a ton of info, and every time we left for the day they all said hello, how was your day, etc. Even teh housekeeping. Rooms were newly remodeled and had frig and micro! bonus! breakfast was awesome, saved us a ton. Will definately stay again.

  Our 1st 20 mins there we had to be moved to a new room because the toliet was broken. I can get over that. The new room had a whirpool tub which had mildew around it and also the mat at the bottom of the tub had mildew around it. Very disgusting!! The 1st day after housekeeping cleaned the room I went back in the room because I forgot something and noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to have the bathroom cleaned and it was never cleaned my entire stay. Not pleased at all.
